Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Can you please check your page’s source code? Are the images showing up with their alt text?
If you want us to take a look, please share your website’s URL so we can check.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
I have inspected a few of your pages but most of your images do not possess any alt tags and those that do are empty.
Please head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Images and enable the option to add missing alt attributes as shown below:
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Rashid,
Thanks for the access.
Our plugin is currently not able to pick up ALT tags within images that have been added through Elementor. Our dev team is working on an API that will fix this by allowing Rank Math to be able to analyse content within page builder content.
This feature will be available sometime soon.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
HI there,
Thanks for getting back to me.
This limitation affects a number of third party page builders including thrive architect that you also have installed and are using to edit the page content.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
Hello,
We are really sorry but the Add missing ALT attributes
and Add missing TITLE attributes
options work only on blog posts/pages/CPTs. These are not added to images added by your WordPress theme to various sections like your sliders, thumbnails, featured images, icons, etc.
Those two options only work when you add images to your content via the WordPress editor.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank You Todd for detailed reply. I understood this part. one thing which i need to understand is that if i have added alt attribute to an image manually then why RankMath is not reading it and showing the same image in missing alt attribute list.
Thank You.
Hi Rashid,
You are very welcome.
Can you please point me to the image where you added the alt tag manually?
I would love to check it for you.

Thank You.
Hello Rashid,
It doesn’t look like your theme is printing that alt text along with the actual image:
Please get in touch with your theme developer. They will be in a much better position to help with this regard.
Thank you and do let us know if you need any assistance with Rank Math.
