Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please share with us what page builder you’re using (if any) so we can assist further?

    Hello
I am using WPBakery Page Builder page builder
    please support me

    Hello,

Can you please try typing in the keyword instead of copying and pasting it?

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

I followed your instructions but it still doesn’t work.

    Hello,

I can’t check the content AI as your Rank Math account is currently not connected. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account. Once done, let us know so we can check this further.

Also, I can check that you have the PRO plugin installed on your site but you have created this ticket using a Free account. Can you please share the email address that you used to purchase the PRO version in the sensitive data section?

    Looking forward to helping you.

My Rankmath Seo Pro is activated by a website design partner. Therefore I do not own this email.
I paid to use AI content. Please help me.
