As for the plugins you mentioned, we haven’t tested them yet and if you wish to make use of them, just ensure that the web story is AMP valid and the proper metadata is provided.

So conclusion is that even if we are not using Google webstory plugin ,still we can use Rankmath for other plugins like Makestories or visual stories,have I understood it right?

As mentioned earlier, we haven’t tested the mentioned plugin and we can’t guarantee it will work as intended for Google Web stories.
Rank Math detects custom post type, so if the plugin is making use of that, our plugin may be able to generate robots meta for it as well as the sitemap which you can submit to Google so the only thing you need to check is if that is AMP valid and the proper metadata is provided. After that checking all that, there should be a chance that Google will recognize it as an optimized web story.
