Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I can check that the images of your site are being converted into the WebP format. The Open Graph only supports image/jpeg, image/gif, or image/png.
You can also check this link for the standard image file extensions supported by Open Graph:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters/#images
Please use the supported format to fix the issue.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Thank you for your prompt reply. We have always used the WebP format because it outputs the images better and smaller. So far we haven’t had any problems with it. The preview is not generated is only about 2 weeks
Hello,
Since WebP is not a supported format, to display the social image you need to use the recommended extensions and dimensions according to the OpenGraph Standards.
Also, the resolution of the image you are using is too small.

Please ensure that the image resolution is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels as per OpenGraph Standards.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Can you tell me where I can change the size?
Hello,
You can edit the image or choose a new one and set it as the social image by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-box-social-tab/#facebook-options
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
