That filter is attached to the “General Settings” options so you would need to enable that option for the editor role under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Role Manager.

I noticed the same in “General Settings” for Role Manager. “General Settings” have many permission enabled including “Webmaster Tools”. I’m afraid editor role user might muddle these admin level settings. it would be great if you can set apart “Pillar content filter” for editor role user as they frequently using it.

We are going to share this with the dev team for further evaluation but if you would like to enable this for now you can remove lines 40, 41, and 42 from the file: wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/admin/class-post-filters.php
This will make the filters available to everybody on the website and you don’t need to allow the editor access to the general settings anymore.
