Hello, when i manually create a product, the product schema is automaticly set. When I import products by using a csv file the product schema is not set (Schema: Off) for all imported products.
Hope you can help me. Maybe with a php script witch sets all the products schema’s for all products when it is run.
    Already thanks for your time!

    Best Regards, Rene

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please open the product and click on the “Update” button without changing anything. That should update the SEO details on the product list page.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Jeremy,

The SEO scores are updated when i open the product and do an update without changing everything, but the Schema stays OFF (Schema: Off). I have configured the default rich snippet selected when creating a new product. Again this works when i create a product manualy, but creating products bij import csv seems not to work for. De default Schema type is not created for each product. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Best Regards, René

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thanks for the quickly response!!
I am migrating my online shop to an new one hostedby another provider. On this moment there is no domain linked to the new shop. I don’t want to take risks that Google will index both shops. The new shop is therefor not accessible for your support. Also you can’t access it by ip adres. I have to change my hostfile everytime i want to access the new shop. When everything is migrated i will link over the domain to the new shop. I think it is the best that i will contact you again. What you think?
Can take a wile by the way.

Settings: Schema Type to WooCommerce Product (Default rich snippet selected when creating a new product.) and in the dashboard Schema is enabled !

    Hello,

Sure, share the login details when the migration is done and the site is accessible and we will check this further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks!!
