dashboard not visible

    I have installed rankmath on my portal regtechtimes.com and since the last few weeks the dashboard has stopped showing any updates on my website.

    Total Impressions How many times your site showed up in the search results.
    0 57K
    Total Clicks This is the number of pageviews carried out by visitors from Google.
    0 391
    Total Keywords Total number of keywords your site ranking below 100 position.
    0 1.9K
    Average Position Average position of all the ranking keywords below 100 position.
    0 34.19
    I was trying your product for seo and seeing this type of dashboard since last couple of months. Does it update or do i have to do something to see this working?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    For initial troubleshooting, please try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch:

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.
