Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/For the other issue, it seems like the memory is getting exhausted.
Please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M Max input time: 150 PHP time limit: 120 PHP max input variables: 1000That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
I did these steps and the problem is not solved
Hello,
I can see that your news sitemap is updating properly now.
For the sitemap settings page, if the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
But this is not the latest news that has been published
The content is being added to the site continuously, and no news has been added todayand Now I am trying to access the website link, it does not open and I am taken to the main page
Login data added to Sensitive Data
The site is down. Have you made any changes?
؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
Hello,
Please try adding the following filter to your theme functions.php file. This will stop the cashing of sitemaps in Rank Math:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
Have you made any changes?
The template was deleted from the site panel as soon as the data was sent to you!!!

Hello,
Did you install the plugin WP Activity Log as we mentioned to track any changes made to the website?
That plugin will give you a clear indication of who changed what on your website but if you have not added it to the website it’s almost impossible to track down the changes made.
When our team accesses a website, if we make any changes we always advise the user what they were and we can see that none of the support members indicated any changes they might have made.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
I did this code as you told me
add_filter( ‘rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching’, ‘__return_false’);Then the sitemap worked fine but today I was trying to check it but it doesn’t open
Hello,
I checked your sitemap page and it seems to be loading just fine now as you can in the screenshot I inserted in the Sensitive Data section.
If you are still seeing the issue from your end. The sitemap may still be heavily cached. Ensure that you don’t have any server-level caching services that may be still caching your sitemap. You may contact your hosting provider for that.
Looking forward to helping you.
I did an update of the permalinks at that time, but after a day or more it stops working again until I update again the permalinks from the settings
She is not working now
Hello,
If the sitemap is getting cached even after adding the filter, please make sure that there is no server-side cache. You can confirm that by getting in touch with your host.
Also, the login credentials are not working. If the issue persists, please enable the logins again so we can check this further.
Looking forward to helping you.
