Schema Rank Math

    Rank Math free

Hi, if I have a website with articles and in another category I have recipes, the articles and recipes are pages, how should I configure in Rank Math in Schema, because in pages it only allows to choose one type of publication. Thanks

Because in the schema generator is mandatory to choose a position, if I choose below the content comes out all below the footer, and it looks awful, how should I do to properly configure the generator and not appear or below the content not above. And if it is customised with shortcode, which shortcode do you mean. Thanks

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’ve already replied to your other ticket about multiple schemas.

For your other question, you can select the Custom (use shortcode) option for the Review Location in the Schema generator upon editing your page.

Then, you can paste this shortcode anywhere on your content to display the schema data: No schema found.

However, you can add them (schema data) manually to your posts/pages using your theme/page builder options to comply instead of adding the information using the shortcode, and you can simply structure it as a normal article (using text widgets, headings, etc).

The point is that all the content available for Google to see (schema data) should be visible to visitors as well.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

Thank you for the information, but if it is compulsory that the Schema Recipe appears in the recipe, for example, what is the purpose of the content of the recipe. Thank you

    Hello,

As explained by my colleague, the contents of your recipe schema should also appear visibly on your page.

If adding the shortcode creates duplicate content, you can go ahead and remove the shortcode. Again, just ensure that the contents of your recipe schema is present on the actual content of the page not matter how it looks as Google recommends it.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Thanks for the info, I will delete the shortcode as it includes duplicate content, but it doesn’t matter if nothing is active in the Review Location dropdown? I’ll delete the shortcode and the duplicate content will be deleted. Thanks

    Hello,

    You’re welcome.

Yes, you can leave it like in your screenshot so the schema data will not appear on your content.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
