it’s not solved yet but i add my links and didn’t thought it will be visible for everyone in the website so can you hide the links or help me fixing my problem without shown the ticket for anyone

All tickets created by Free users are shown to public. With that said, I have transferred your website URL to the Sensitive Data section where the data inserted here is private.
As for your issue, the image dimension you are using for your website is currently at 800×800 which is not standard for Opengraph, try rescaling it to at least 1200×630 in pixels. Clear your website cache and try sharing your URL again on Facebook.

For some reason, the Sharing Debugger tool is not able to fetch the actual image from the URL and it seems like an issue on their end.
The image preview is working fine when sharing the post directly on Facebook. You can refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.
Since it is working fine on Facebook, there is nothing to be worried about.
