It seems like you’re modifying an attachment page and your permalink settings are set to display the IDs instead of the post-name and that is why the keyword is not detected in the URL/permalink.
As for the meta description, attachment pages do not have the default editor support, and as the preview of the meta description is shown only when the editor support is enabled, we’re unable to analyze the meta description when the page reloads.
With that said, it is only the test that is not passed and Google would be able to analyze the entered data correctly from the front end of the website.

In this case, I was setting the SEO fields for an image. When I download the image I give them a file name. At the beginning of the download phase, SEO process, the permalink take the name of the file name. After having complete, modified and tried to get the best score, saving several time, the permalink change from file name or permalink name to ID link. I put the Permalink setting as attachment in order to show you my configuration.
Could you help me to correct this situation? In the Title and Description fields, is it important to choose comma or ; to separate the words?

You must have added something in the sensitive data section that’s why that message appeared. To change the permalink structure of the attachment pages, please add this filter to your site:

You don’t need to separate the words using the comma or semi-colon for the title and descriptions if it isn’t necessary. If you are asking for the focus keyword field, you can use the comma there to separate the keywords.

I stored also Permalink setting as attachment (see files in the “Sensitive Data” section) in order to show you my WP configuration.
If I have to insert the above code, may I create a Snippet? If yes what are the settings? “Run snippet everywhere”, “Only run on site front-end”, etc.

Hello,
It seems like there’s confusion on your end. “Images” do not have their SEO title/ SEO description as they are simply image files. The permalinks of actual images are always their routes followed by the file names and only the permalinks of attachment pages can be modified.
The file that you’re editing is an “Attachment Page” of an image. WordPress automatically creates these attachment pages for each individual media file on your website. You can read more about it here: https://www.webnots.com/what-is-attachment-page-in-wordpress/
Now, these attachment pages usually have thin content and are not beneficial from the SEO point of view. They can even waste your crawl budget. So, unless you’re certain about getting them indexed, we recommend enabling the “Redirect Attachments” from Rank Math > General Settings > Links.

Coming to your question, if you’re willing to get these attachment pages indexed, yes, you need to create a new snippet and you can “Run snippet everywhere”.

Can you please share a screenshot of the error that you are getting after adding the code?
I checked the screenshot, WordPress by default creates auto-post redirects whenever you change the slugs of posts.
Auto Post Redirect option in Rank Math should only be enabled if the default feature is not working for some reason.
For the attachments, these attachment pages(images) usually have thin content and they are not beneficial from the SEO point of view. So it is not important to configure SEO details for the images.
We recommend enabling the Redirect Attachments options at Rank Math > General Settings > Links.

Could you confirm if you wish to enable the “Redirect Attachments” option? If yes, you do not need to worry about that error as you do not need to add that code.
However, if that’s not the case, please share the screenshot after translating the page to English so that we can better understand the issue.
Coming to your questions,
1. You’re checking the wrong tab. As mentioned in the previous reply, the Redirect Attachments option is available under Rank Math > General Settings > Links. Here’s a screenshot for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/bJ8M9F
2. It works on the fly and you do not need to do anything.
3. You can open this link after and before enabling that option: https://your-domain.com/?attachment_id=5413 (please replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain).
When not enabled, it would take you to the attachment page with the image, and after enabling the option, it would redirect you to the product where you’ve used the image.
4. There are no issues with that approach. However, if you have multiple images of the same product with different views/content, you can add them as well to give users a more broad preview of the product.
5. If you’ve enabled the “Redirect Attachments” option, the robots meta settings (index or noindex) for the attachment pages do not matter.
