It seems that you have already marked this ticket as already resolved. Could you please confirm?

If not yet, please follow these steps:

1. head over to your Rank Math account here:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

Then check if you are able to see your remaining credits as shown in this screenshot:

2. If you still have credits remaining, please head over to your website’s dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

3. Also, we have added an icon above the Research Keyword field in the Content AI tab to get the credits left for the user’s account. Please update to the latest version of Rank Math plugin for troubleshooting steps as well.
