I was able to see the same URL on Google SERP.
Kindly try disallowing /wp-content/ or /wp-content/themes/ via your robots.txt.

Then, please clear your website and server’s cache (if any) and give Google some time to crawl the website and see if that fixes the issue. Please note that as the URLs are already indexed, it can take some time for Google to remove that URL from the SERPs.

Add this code to your robots.txt file Disallow: /wp-content/themes/ following the guide mentioned above.
Then wait for Google to update the robots.txt.
