I checked the page with the Rich Snippet tool, and the JobPosting Schema is added correctly on the page.
Also, your job posts are showing in the SERPs.
Could you please head over to your Google Search Console and click on the “Enhancements” and then the schema, to see if there are any errors indicated there?

I checked your website and it seems to be optimized for job posting already.
If there are no issues with your page on Google Search Console, then it’s up to Google if they wish to further rank it on the Job board. Please note that sometimes, ranking isn’t consistent, it can change over time. Additionally, I also noticed there are a lot of similar jobs that lead to ranking competition.
I suggest you keep at it and gain more backlinks to further improve your ranking.

We haven’t done any updates in our plugin that may affect your jobposting schema.
Instead of checking the Enhancements section in your GSC, you may also check for URLs in Google Search Console > Coverage and look for any coverage issues so we can further identify why Google is removing your post from the SERP.

No Coverage Issues, no manual or security issues but some warning with job posts which were existed before 11th July after after 11th July i am loosing traffic slowly only google organic traffic left. my traffic was about more than 10k daily now it’s not even 800. Please help, some of the other people with the job blog are facing the exact same issue, i contacted them and analyzed their GSC and Google analytics same condition about 70% Traffic loss, No Recovery.

Is the Google Instant Indexing API plugin active on your website? If not please follow our guide to install and activate it: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/. This will help Google quickly find and list your posts on job boards.
If you already have the Instant Indexing API active, please check that it is functioning correctly. To do this, go to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Instant Indexing > Console. In the text field enter your homepage URL, under ‘Action’ select ‘Google: Get URL status’ and click ‘Send To API’. It should give the message: ‘Success’.
You can also check your Google API dashboard for any issues: https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/dashboard.
If there are issues in our API dashboard, please share screenshots with us so we can evaluate. You can use a tool like imgbb.com for screenshots.

I Have instant indexing plugin enabled and working fine for a long time i also did update to all my posts nearly 8k posts even though non of my posts can be seen in the google job board seems like structured data not working for job posting.

Since JobPosting schema is already added correctly on your post and there are no coverage errors in your GSC account, please note that it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website.
So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
