To uninstall Rank Math, please follow the steps at this link:

Please note that the method with the filter/code mentioned is to completely uninstall Rank Math and delete all the Rank Math data on your site.
If you wanted to only setup again your site in the Setup Wizard, you can do that in Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:
