How to fix the Alert “Only authenticated users can research a key word” ?

Please reconnect the website to your Rank Math account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect.

Then, clear the Rank Math transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

As this is a multi-site, please ensure that you’ve not network-activated Rank Math. In a multi-site setup, Rank Math needs to be installed on the network but activated on individual sub-sites.

Please disconnect Rank Math from the main site (from Rank Math > Dashboard > Help) and connect it on the individual sub-sites and see if that helps.

In case the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
