    Hi rankmath,

    A while back i’ve bought Rankmath pro but the subscription is not live on my website. It was before but I had to put a backup back and now it’s broken and I have no idea how to fix this.

    I’ve bought Rankmath pro on 11/29/21
    ORder ID RANKMATH211129-6979-31285
    invoice ID: IVLEWUL3DOVBC6PB4HPPGRRQEV54

    Can you please help me out?

    Thanks for the response. I forgot I had two different accounts. I’ve just downloaded pro from my other account and updated it on my website. Everything is working fine now. Thanks!

    Can you close the account I’m typing from right now? I don’t need two accounts.
