We just checked the page you shared with the Facebook share debugger and it’s outputting the image that is set in og:image property on that tool, so everything seems to be according to plan.

If you want to get consistent images showing on the pages you need to use one of the supported file extensions: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters/#images
Currently, you are using images in AVIF format and that is not supported by the Facebook platform.
