content ai credits - Support

Rank Math free

Hi I purchased 50 Content AI credits, and had 47 left. I upgraded to the latest version of Rank Math but now see

“Click to refresh the available credits.0 credits left. Upgrade to get more credits from here.”

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to my account, but still shows zero credits. I also tried to to run Content AI before disconnecting and it would always says No Research on these keywords. So I disconnected and reconnected but now says zero credit. Please fix this as it was working fine before upgrading.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

After reconnecting, clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:

I tried it twice in your exact step order and still shows 0 credits

Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

my credit show up on my dashboard of my rank math account.

I tried to restore back to version 1.086 (from my server backup) and all the problem disappeared! The only thing I noticed was the 5 free credits i used, before i bought the set of 50, got lost on those woocommerce products. So I had to use an additional paid credit and with for the other 5 products. If you can replenish or credit me for my 5 lost free credit, it would be appreciated.

I will stay at version 1086 as it is stable. Also the new version didn’t count the images per product properly version 1086 does. So I will stay with that till the new version is stable,
