Rank Math Analytics and Slowing Down Speed

    Hi, I am using #RankMath since it launched. It has some great features along with Analytics. But, I have a little bit confused. Whenever we use Rank Math’s Analytics, it gets data from the search console and Google Analytics and saves it to the database.
    You can see, that there are 176 MB of data stored in my databases. Sometimes it becomes over 350MB.
    So my questions are –
    1. Is this slowing down my WP dashboard and website?
    2. What is the effect of it whenever this stored data became heavy?
    3. should I avoid it or use it? (I don’t want to compromise with loading speed).

    The size of the analytics database is expected to go over 100MB especially if you have a large website content with a large amount of stats coming from Google. We double the gathered data to the database so we can provide a better and proper calculation of their differences.

    The data is just stored in the database so it will not affect the overall page speed of your website. In addition to that, the way our plugin queries these data is well optimized by our developers.

    Does it make wp-dashboard slow?

    Hello,

    No, it will not affect the speed of the dashboard as the data is only stored on your database, which means the plugin will not load everything, instead, we will only query the summary which you are already seeing on the analytics dashboard.

    If this isn’t the case for you and you are experiencing a slowdown on your end, please install the plugin Query Monitor on the affected website and look for queries related to Rank Math.
