No thanks, I will never share that data. I’ve only used your plugin for a week. I’d rather just install a different one than risk you guys erasing data or being hacked or anything. Thanks! I’ve had too many sites go down and had to start from scratch to ever share anything with any one!

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
Also, please make sure that the Home URL and the Site URL are the same in WP Dashboard > Settings > General.
That should resolve the issue. Let us know if it persists even after that.

Could you confirm if this is a multi-site? If yes, the correct way to use our plugin on a multi-site setup is to install it on the network but only activate it on specific subsites.
If you have network activated the plugin, please deactivate it on the network and then activate it on the subsites and connect with your account.
However, if that’s not the case, please follow the below steps and see if that helps:
1. Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Settings > General, and hit the “Save Changes” button (without making any changes).
Then do the same in the WordPress admin area > Settings > Permalinks.
2. If the above didn’t help, please deactivate Rank Math and activate it again.
3. If that doesn’t help either, please follow this guide to define Rank Math’s constants: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-automatic-update-unavailable-for-this-plugin/#unable-to-encrypt
And reconnect your Rank Math account after clearing the website’s cache: https://rankmath.com/kb/website-not-shown-in-account/#how-to-disconnect-your-rank-math-account

I am having the same problem. Deactivating and activating the plugin again has helped. I also just started using the plugin. I will see if that will be happening again.
