The connection to the staging website can be done properly so it might be a matter of the encryption not working and you need to perform the steps in the tutorial above.

I logged into your live website and upon investigating, I found that you placed the encryption key and salt at an incorrect location. It needs to be just after the NONCE_SALT constant.
I’ve corrected the issue and reconnected your Rank Math account and the website was connected properly.
