We have identified this issue and we already released a fix for this in our latest version.
Kindly update the plugin manually by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
After doing so, please reconnect your plugin under Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

Can you please try to reconnect Rank Math under the Rank Math > Dashboard > Help once more?

I logged into your live website and upon investigating, I found that you placed the encryption key and salt at an incorrect location. It needs to be just after the
NONCE_SALT
constant.I’ve corrected the issue and reconnected your Rank Math account and the website was connected properly.
