Strange 404s

    We recently migrated a site from https://showit.co/ to a ‘normal’ WordPress host and installed Rank Math.

    Now we are seeing all these strange 404s in the 404 monitor like this:

    mentorship/url(https:/fonts.googleapis.com/css2
    umwaitlist/wp-login.php
    timeline&v=MioxxtW0930
    engage&v=MioxxtW0930
    union-network&v=MioxxtW0930
    online-services/\”\
    umwaitlist/plugins/installer/webinstaller/webinstaller.xml

    All of the ‘directories’ in these URLs are accurate.

    mentorship/
    umwaitlist/
    timeline
    engage
    union-network
    online-services/
    umwaitlist/

    I checked Google Search Console and it is not show any of this/these.

    The strangest one showing up is this one:

    Please note that we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor.

    That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.
