feature image not showing in facebook

It seems that you are currently using the PRO plugin on your website but you have created this ticket using your FREE Rank Math account. Can you please share the email address you used to purchase the PRO subscription so we can confirm?

As for your issue, please ensure that you have inserted a featured image in your post. If the featured image doesn’t apply, you may also go to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and add an image for your “OpenGrah Thumbnail”:

If the issue persists, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

I’ve checked the og:image tag, but it seems that you’re using a .webp file format for the image.

Please ensure that the image file format you are uploading is only between jpeg, gif, or png, and the image resolution is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels as per Opengraph Standards.

Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.
