Can you please ensure that your Rank Math plugin is currently in the latest version? If not, kindly update the plugin manually by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
After doing so, please reconnect your account under Rank Math > Dashboard > Help then head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

Yes please merge the accounts. When I bought the first credits I made the mistake of taking my private pay account with the email: s*********@g*************. This resulted in Rank Math not being able to connect the credits to my website. The next time I made a purchase, I was smarter and used my business email address, which is also linked to my website. But now have the two accounts that led to the problem now.
please take the email address: s**************@g******** to merge the accounts.
