I was able to replicate the issue on my end. The primary Schema changes are only saved if you add a Schema to the Schema generator. If you only change the primary Schema without adding a Schema, the changes will not get saved.
I have reported this to the devs and they will have a look at it. We will get back to you soon with an update.
