cannot access AI credits

    I purchased 50 additional AI credits yesterday. As of today my account is still not registering that I have these extra credits. The link provided to access them takes me to downloading the free version of Rank Math, which I already have on my site.

    Do I need to re-install RankMath? That seems excessive. Please advise.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    When you purchase Content AI credits they are added to your account and you don’t need to download anything.

    Please go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh
