Connection issue

    Hi,

    I am trying to connect my website to my RankMath account but I am blocked and can’t do anything.

    In RankMath, I can see that my website is well connected to my account but in my wordpress dashboard, the following message is always mentioned:

    “Your site URL has changed since you connected to Rank Math. Click here to reconnect.”

    I then click on “connect now” + “OK activate now” but nothing happens.

    I did that 6 times but the situation does not change. I have also tried to disconnect and reconnect but the same problem remains.

    Can you please help me to solve this problem?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General and make sure there are no mismatches in the WordPress URL and Site URL in those options.

    ​​​​​​​If you have different website URLs in there, that would explain the error message as they need to match for the connection to happen correctly.
