    It seems like you purchased the plan with some other email address as I noticed in your profile, you are still using the Free plan.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and confirm the purchase?

    It seems like the purchase is associated with the email address we added in the sensitive data section.

    Would you want us to merge the accounts under a single one? If so what is the preferred email address to keep using the subscription?

    Also while I’m here is there an easy way to shorten URL’s on a LIVE site.

    I have around 160,000 links so a simple/mass solution would be great as I’m failing in Rankmath on most pages because of this. Also I read that using alot of the popular pluggins to achieve this takes the ‘link juice’ to their own sites.

    Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/
    paid account rank math

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    And it is not recommended to change the URLs or permalink structure of a site that is already indexed and ranking in the SERPs as it will have a negative effect on the rankings and indexing of your site. You can ignore the URL test as the SEO score is only for your reference and even if you use a plugin to change the URLs in bulk, you will still have to open and edit each post for our plugin to detect the change and update the SEO score.
