I checked your sitemap page and it seems to be loading just fine.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).
Please note that the “Discovered URLs 0” that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.
The crawling and indexing of the website depend on the authority and crawl budget of the website.
It is completely up to Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your post noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your post – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your post yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems to be working fine. However, the WWW version of your site is not yet redirecting to your final version (non-www). You can also verify that using this tool: https://httpstatus.io
In this case, please follow the steps in this link:

You can get in touch with our web host for assistance with this kind of redirect.
Once done, remove all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only, and then give Google some time to recrawl your site.

my problem is I don’t have a page and category page in the sitemap. is this normal or I should be worried that I have tried all your methods and it’s not working. any other solutions.

I checked your sitemap page and they seem to include both the page and category sitemap already. I checked them and they both loaded just fine with URLs inside. Please refer to my screenshot below:

I have to send you an image screenshot that’s my other site screenshot you can see there are category, pages, and post sitemap inside sitemap_index.xml page but in my current site, there are not other pages that are my problem. SO I was asking if you could solve this I did everything till now but nothing is working.
