To update the links on your sitemap, please head over to Settings > Permalinks and hit save, this should then update all the links on your sitemap. If you are still facing some issues with the links on the search console, please resubmit your sitemap and wait up to 24 hours and then check again.

I am not sure I have understood this question. If you are wondering about the amount of time required between the deauthorizing and authorizing then you can do this immediately after.
To update the links on the sitemap, please flush your permalinks by heading over to Settings > Permalinks and hit save.
