The bar you are seeing is the Stats bar that shows the stats of your page in the front-end to the admins. It should display the stats instead of the blank boxes. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect your Google Account.
You can also disable it from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Frontend Stats Bar(and disable).
