  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

The Neutral status means equivalent to Excluded according to the following documentation from Google:
    https://developers.google.com/webmaster-tools/v1/urlInspection.index/UrlInspectionResult#verdict)

If you’re redirecting an old domain to a new one, the neutral status may be because Google hasn’t recrawled the old/domain version of the page, and it cannot detect redirects to the new domain so as not to treat the new URL as a duplicate of the old. Once Google recrawls the old domain it will start to make the relevant connections so that the new pages are indexed.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.
