Usually, this type of decorative element should be generated using a CSS background to avoid treating it as an “image” element.
However, if you wish to include it as an image tag, you can simply add an attribute role="presentation" as this is used to remove semantic meaning from an element and any of its related child elements.
As for the alt tags, since all images required alt tags for it, you can just add an empty alt tag for it alt="", this may cause Rank Math to generate a prompt or error in the SEO Analysis but you can ignore it.
