Problems with rank math

Firstly, we recommend increasing the PHP values to at least the below ones, if you do not already have them:

PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

You can get in touch with your web host regarding this.

Coming back to the issue, we only add tabs in the Titles & Meta settings when we detect a new post/taxonomy type. If you’ve not added those taxonomies, some other plugin/theme might be adding them. Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If while creating the attributes, you check the Enable Archives option, the attribute would become an archive page and get added to the Titles & Meta settings:
