Since the sitemap is loading on that URL it means that the server configuration is not configured to handle the redirection correctly and you should apply these rules depending on the type of server.

Also, the issue you see on Google Search Console is related to the first from the sitemap, so fixing that will also fix the noindex issue on that URL since it will be removed.

In your case, you saw the mention of noindex and assumed that the page is set as noindex. The actual noindex tag is added like this:
