    Hello.

    I closed my account last year. You can even see at my profile that I have no active subscription.

    And now my card has been invoiced for another $59, which I never authorized.

    Please stop this and return the payment.

    Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    We checked but were unable to locate the transaction. The only transaction we see in your account is from April 14, 2021. I’ve added that invoice in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    Could you please share a screenshot of the latest transaction with the transaction ID so that we can have a closer look?

    I got a notification from my bank that 59 USD was reserved on my card with a text saying FS *rankmath

    I checked with the bank and they can’t stop the payment – they say it is real
    I have received no invoice

    Seems like you have another account with active subscription under m******@g******** email address.

    Could you please check your inbox there? From what I see, renewal reminder and successful payment emails were getting sent.

    That actually helped. It seemed we had a second active subscription, which now has been closed.

    We don’t need the subscription – is there any chance that we can cancel it and get a refund?

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.
