merge two rankmath accounts - Support

Hi

I have just upgraded from the free version of Rank Math to the Pro version of RankMath. As I wanted this to go through my business I paid for it via PayPal and my business email address. Unfortunately, this has created a new account User Id:(see sensitive data panel First User) which is not linked to my existing sites or setups.

Would it be possible to continue using this account User Id:(see sensitive data panel Second User) and migrate the payment over? I am more than happy to get a refund and pay again on this account if it is easier.

Hello,

Thank you for your patience.

We have merged your accounts as requested.

Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

Steps to be followed:
1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account
https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/

2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:

WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

Hi

I’m sure whether you got my earlier response, but I still cannot access the Pro functions. I have reconnected the account, but the free version is the only one available to connect to on your website (https://rankmath.com/auth?site=https%3A%2F%2Fmakingbacn.com&r=https%3A%2F%2Fmakingbacn.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fnetwork%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Drank-math%26view%3Dhelp%26nonce%3D17ea7f72ae) the Pro Plan does not appear on this page.

Could you advise? I’m on a WP Multi-site, maybe this has something to do with it?

Hello,

To install the plugin on a multisite, please upload both the Free and PRO versions to the website, and make sure that you only activate the plugins on each subsite individually.
