    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I checked your feeds and they’re loading and validating properly. However, for the missing data, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    To which email address should I create the temporary admin? How can I enter sensitive data here?

    Hello,

    You can use the email s******@r*********** email address and use any First and Lastname. Once done, please add the login details in the sensitive data section.

    To add the sensitive data, please edit your first post on this ticket and include the information.

    Hello,

    The feeds are not managed/created by our plugin. I checked and the issue persists even when Rank Math is disabled. Some other plugin is causing the issue with your site’s feed. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
