    Hello, How do I update my AI credits in Rank Maths? I bought additional credits and bought the PRO version, but my site does not appear in my account. How to connect it? Thanks for your feedback. Cordial greetings.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You mentioned you are using the PRO subscription but it seems that you have created this ticket using your free account.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and confirm the purchase?

    As for your issue, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and on this page, you should be able to connect your account:

    I checked, my site is well connected, but my AI credits do not appear in my product pages. Attached are references and proof of purchase of Rank Maths SEO PRO and 50 credits.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin and Content AI credits with different email addresses than the one you’ve used to post this ticket.

    Please have a look at the email addresses with the labels in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    This is the reason why you’re unable to access the PRO subscription as well as the credits on this account.

    We have merged your accounts as requested.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/
    paid account rank math

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
