Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I can see that your paginated page is currently set to noindex. Once you set the page to noindex, the canonical isn’t generated.
Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc Pages and ensure that the option “Noindex Paginated Pages” is not enabled.

Clear your cache after doing so and see if your issue goes away.
Looking forward to helping you on this one.
Thanks for the response, I did Noindex because of the issue currently i am facing as explain above. Kindly check again my website and guide me to the solution. No i am make pages Index.
For example, the page https://xyz.com/latest-post/page/2 would have a canonical of https://yourdomain.com/. But /latest-post/page/2 page dont have canonical tag.
Hello,
Rank Math adds a self-referencing canonical URL by default. If you wanted a different canonical for your paginated pages, you can use and customize the filter in this similar ticket:
https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/how-to-install-the-canonical-on-pagination-pages/?view=all#post-395623
The filter should be added to your active theme’s functions.php file. Here’s another way to apply the filter using the rankmath.php file:

I hope that helps.
Thank you.
Thanks you very much! problem is solved.
