Subscribtion Error

    Hello, I hope you are well, can you please have another look at my account, as I do not believe you have reinstated my rank math pro subscriptions, I can’t seem to find it anywhere on my account. Also on the rankmath website dashboard it’s showing up as me having the free version licence and also under the subscriptions tab it says “You have no active subscriptions. Find your first subscription in the store.”

    Last of all on my wordpress dashboard I have tried reconnecting and disconnected the rankmath plugin however a message is still being displayed saying “You have no active subscriptions. Find your first subscription in the store.There is a new version of Rank Math SEO PRO available. View version 3.0.12 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. It seems that you don’t have an active subscription for Rank Math SEO PRO. Please see details and pricing.”

    Can you please get this issue fixed as it’s affecting my website as I thought this issue had already been resolved.
