We’ve identified this as a bug in the latest version of the plugin and we will fix it in the upcoming updates.
For now, if you wish, you can roll back to a previous version as the tests were working fine there. The Media Count test is working fine in the last beta (v1.0.88.1) and the last stable release (v1.0.88).

Please update Rank Math to the latest version v1.0.89.1 and see if that fixes the issue.
