Meanwhile, add-to-cart URLs should be set to noindex like my-account and checkout pages by default using Rank Math.

Those URLs are not in your sitemap and are not being submitted by our plugin. Those URLs are the URLs that your Add to Cart button generates to add the products to the cart. These URLs should be set as Nofollow to make sure that Google doesn’t crawl them. If you are using a plugin to add the buttons, you can check its settings to set them as Nofollow.
You can also navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit Robots.txt and the rule given below to make sure that Google doesn’t crawl these URLs:
Disallow: *?add-to-cart=*
