The screenshot is from the Discover section, there is no specific method for ranking on Google discover, Google automatically displays fresh and evergreen content on Google discover.
I checked the sitemap, the web stories are already included in the sitemap, however, you have not published any web stories recently.
I’ll suggest you publish new web stories and see if that helps.
