    Hello. I have a subscription to RankMath Business and meant to cancel my subscription before it renewed. However, the renewal caught me off guard and charged my credit card earlier today. Is it still possible for me to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the renewal that just occurred today?

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for the renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that? Please let us know, we are here to assist.

    I did not receive the email before the renewal since I was out of town at the time and did not have access to a computer. I got a text alert on my phone telling me about the charge from my bank and to be honest, I was not budgeting for the charge. My wife has a very important medical test coming up next week that is going to cost a significant amount and I was counting on the money I had in my checking account to be there to cover the cost of the medical test. While it may not be standard procedure to refund renewals, the renewal was just made today. If you or a supervisor or something could see if a one time exception could be made just this once, you have no idea how much it would mean to me. We have been having a difficult time lately with our finances. We both work for a school system full time and the school district recently moved to a new payroll system and many employees including myself have been experiencing errors in our paychecks. Some people were not paid their full amount, and some employees didn’t even get a paycheck at all. While I realize this may not be your company’s fault, it does put us at a hardship especially this month.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.
