Hello,
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Hi Reinelle,
Thanks for the reply. We’ve found that Rank Math doesn’t work with Elementor enabled. Obviously Elementor is more important to us than using Rank Math specifically for SEO. So unless you are willing to team up and try to fix this incompatibility issue, we’re going for another SEO plugin.
Thanks for the support!
Kind regards,
Frank
Hello,
Our plugin is fully compatible and integrated with Elementor: https://rankmath.com/compatibility/elementor/
There must be something else that is causing the issue. Please share the login details of your site in the sensitive data section so we can check this further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
It seems that the issue is indeed coming from the Elementor plugin.
Can you please adjust your PHP values over your server? Please increase the
PHP time limitto at least120. You may request this from your hosting provider if you are not sure how.If the issue persists, we might need to ask for your FTP login as well so we can further troubleshoot the issue.
Looking forward to helping you on this one.
Hi Jeremy,
We are the hosting provider. However, we’re using a custom made Azure web app (PaaS) instance. Web app instances running PHP version 8.0 have NGINX as the web server instead of Apache, so the .htaccess method doesn’t work for us. We’re still in the phase of figuring out how to manipulate PHP INI directives and because it’s a PaaS, we don’t have full access to the underlying VM. We’ve managed to get our version of the server block copied over to the actual server block location, so we can edit that as we please. However, not all PHP INI directives can be adjusted from this server block, and some that should be adjustable there don’t actually change when we add them to our server block and reboot so the server block gets copied over to the live server block.
I hope this makes sense to you. I’ll try to adjust the PHP time limit setting.Kind regards,
FrankHello,
Sure, let us know how this goes after adjusting the PHP on your server.
Meanwhile, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you have other questions to assist you further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi Reinelle,
We’ve migrated our website to an Ubuntu 22.04 LAMP stack VM and Rank Math is working fine now.
Thanks for the support and have a great day!
Kind regards,
Frank
