404 monitor log

    Hi,

    I have a question regarding 404 monitor log. I am getting such hits:

    feeds
    contact-me
    sellers.json
    pagead/images/adchoices/icon.png
    malaysian-resorts/?ak_action=accept_mobile
    malaysian-resorts/?doing_wp_cron=1576657612.9302880764007568359375
    /?author=2
    .well-known/traffic-advice
    app-ads.txt
    top-day-trips-from-budapest/mraid.js
    assets/global/plugins/jQuery-File-Upload/server/php

    and many similar.

    How can I remove those from my log? Are those bot hits? should I do something about it or don’t pay attention and just clear the log all the time?

    Please note that we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor.

    That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.
