Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Tranlatepress seems to have mixed the English and French URLs for the ‘News’ page. To check this, open the the WordPress dashboard while in English and navigate to Pages > All Pages and under ‘News’, click ‘View’. You will be taken to the French news page instead. Please contact TranslatePress to fix the permalink.
Once the permalink is fixed, you can reset the sitemap by navigating to Rank Math > Sitemaps > General and increment the links per sitemap by 1 then click ‘Save Changes’. Next, go to Settings > Permalinks and click ‘Save Changes’ and the bottom of the page (without making any changes). Your page-sitemap.xml English news URL should be correct after that.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
