    Hi, we made a purchase of rank pro on Friday 8th April 2022 at 11:46 AM UK Time. We paid $59 for it. We just saw on our WordPress account that we no longer have pro access and also on our rank maths account. The same thing. Why has pro access been removed from us and it has not been a year yet. The debt card we used for the proceed ends in 5030. If you need pro we can sent you the bank transactions for this proceed thank you

    Hi Reinelle Thanks for the reply. All I have is the bank statement. I cannot remember which email it was used. Maybe the old company email address has we have changed the company name. I cannot attached a pdf copy of the bank statement, in the sensitive data. It is asking for text
